GUSTAVE RUKUNDO alias Gustave Fuel has released his first album dubbed ‘The lion’s tears’ under Mugikari entertainment. The 11- track album was produced by Rwandan producers and famous Nigerian producer Micky Geetarist who works with Nigerian superstars like Tiwa Savage, Wiz Kid and AV just to mention a few. Gustave’s first album is made up of singles and collaborations with Logan Joe and Drapp T is available on different online music platforms. “The message behind the whole album for Gustave as a talented and hardworking artiste was to show all music lovers that it is about time for his music to be accepted and break through. The songs on the album talk about different topics in life like love and money among others, said Jules Gahizi, the manager told the publication. He revealed that the album’s name derived from all of his sweat and hard work has to pay off as he recalled himself as a lion who has given music lovers his music as proof of how talented and capable he is a an artiste and for them to rate his work. He said this year’s plan was for him to breakthrough and make a big name for himself in the Rwandan music industry. He envisions his music career in five years to come as big artiste in Africa. His manager highlighted that the artiste also wanted to inspire people who want to do music that it requires passion, dedication and love for one to make it. Mugikari Entertainment Label signed him and helped him release his first singles in 2021 after deciding to do music professionally. Gustave was the first artiste to perform the Drip City Concert which hosted Nigeria’s hit makers Ruger and AV at Rebero, as well as other different local musicians.
