December 23 Espoir vs Bugesera Kiyovu vs Rutsiro SC Kiyovu coach Francis Haringingo has cautioned his players not to take league newcomers Rutsiro for granted when the two sides clash on Thursday afternoon in the Rwanda premier league at Kigali Stadium. The Green Baggies have been in superb form in the league, winning six, drawing two, and losing one match thus establishing a four-point lead over second-placed APR at the top of the table. Haringingo, who is looking for the first league title as coach, says the game represents an ideal opportunity for his side to show their title aspirations. “We expect a tough challenge against Rutsiro but we will deal with it as it comes. We are in a strong position in the league and we have to be very solid playing in every game. It is important for us to win this game.” Haringingo said. Kiyovu leads the table with 20 points, followed by APR who has played three games less. AS Kigali, APR, and Police are in the second, third, and fourth places with 16 points respectively while Rayon Sports completed the top five with 15 points.
