A total of 2,045 students graduated at the University of Kigali (UoK) on Dec. 3, after completing their diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate courses. This was the university’s 6th and largest graduation ceremony since its inception in 2013. The graduation ceremony took place at the Kigali Arena in Gasabo District, and began an academic procession involving the Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor, members of the Board of Promoters, Deputy Vice Chancellors, Deans and invited guests. “All the successful graduates are a true testimony of UoK’s success and demonstrate the university’s continuous contribution to skills development in Rwanda and across the globe,” said Dr. Carlos Fernando Sotz. UoK is a fully-accredited university chartered by the Government of the Republic of Rwanda.
