Simon Pierre Muhire, a youth with a Cervical spine malfunction disability and an advocate for youth with disabilities, tells his story in the 8th edition of Rwanda Check-in The New Times Podcast. He also makes recommendations for improving the lives of Rwandans with disabilities. He believes it is everyones responsibility, but he especially urges persons with disabilities to be independent and open about their difficulties. Happy International People with Disabilities Day!
