Etoile de l’est striker Peter Agblevor insists his aspirations for the ongoing 2021/22 Rwanda premier league season is to score lots of goals to help his club finish in a respectable position. The Ghanaian forward netted his second successive goal on Wednesday as his side gave Etincelles a 4-1 mauling at the Ngoma Stadium. “My aim for this campaign is to bang in the goals to help my team attain a good position. We just started winning and I strongly believe we can move forward by building on it”. Agblevor told Weekend Sport. “I am very glad that I scored my second goal for my club, which was against Etincelles. I am working hard and putting in much effort and it is showing in my game.” The talented attacker further emphasized that he is having a great time and the fans should expect more from him. “It has been great so far and I am enjoying my career here, the fans of Etoile should expect more from me as the season progresses” he added. Agblevor was signed by the newly promoted Eastern Province-based outfit last month after impressing during trials with them. He previously played for Soccer Intellectuals, a third tier club in the Ghanaian coastal town of Winneba.
