Watch out for traffic jams in Kigali!
Editor, I am just back from a one week stint in Nairobi and I am glad that the traffic here is still ‘decent’. Anyone who has been to Nairobi or Kampala lately can attest to the terrible jams – a waste of man hours and fuel.
