Record nine-time league winners won 3-0 courtesy of goals from Kabange Twite, Moses Odhiambo and Jean Mugiraneza. Defending champions, Atraco also won 2-0 away to Amagaju in Nyamagabe while Rayon Sport was held to a 1-all draw against Electrogaz at Nyamirambo stadium. Ex-APR strikers got the goals as Jimmy Gatete cancelled out Ahmed Ruzinga early goal. The win for APR ,put the army on 39 points, one point behind Atraco while Rayon Sport remain third with 36 points.
