NCBA Bank Rwanda launched the inaugural NCBA Rwanda Golf Series on Friday, August 9, at the Kigali Golf Resort and Villas, marking a new chapter in Rwanda's golfing landscape. Held under the theme Swing Your Way to Greatness, the series features 200 golfers competing over two days, August 9 and 10, with the event concluding in a grand finale on September 21. Top performers will earn the opportunity to represent Rwanda at the regional NCBA Golf Series Grand Finale at Muthaiga Golf Club in Kenya on November 29. Diana Mukunde, the Head of Business at NCBA Rwanda, says the event highlights NCBA Group's commitment to advancing sports while contributing to Rwanda's economic growth. We are excited to launch the NCBA Golf Series, which demonstrates our dedication to fostering Rwanda's sports development, she noted. Marcel Byusa, the President of Kigali Golf Club, welcomed NCBA Rwanda’s partnership, noting that golf is not just a sport; it's a platform for networking, community engagement, and economic development.
