Rwandan tactician André Casa Mbungo has been named the new head coach of Jamus FC, a South Sudanese club.
The experienced coach has been without a club since November last year when he resigned from AS Kigali.
His new club Jamus FC is a quite competitive entity, having won the South Sudan National Cup last season and poised to represent the nation at the CAF Confederation Cup.
Mbungo is a seasoned coach who has previously handled teams including APR Youth team, Rwandatel, SEC Academie, Kiyovu Sports, Police FC and AS Kigali, as well as the national team on interim basis in 2014.
He also had stints in Kenya with teams like AFC Leopard and Bandari FC.
Mbungo has won a number of trophies in his coaching career including two Peace Cup titles with AS Kigali in 2013 and 2022, and one with Police FC in 2015.
