Former APR FC central defender Prince Buregeya has joined Al-Nasiriya, a club that plays second division football in Iraq. Buregeya parted ways with APR FC in June and has been without a club since then. Times Sport understands that almost all paperwork between Buregeya and Al-Nasiriya is finished and he is waiting for a visa in order to join his teammates. Recently, he has been subject to various speculations linking him to local clubs including Police, Kiyovu and Rayon Sports. Buregeya grew up in the APR FC academy before he was promoted to the club’s senior team in 2018. He has also played for the national team at various levels including under-20 and under-23.
