Amagaju head coach Suleiman Niyibizi is confident that his club will make a quick return to the top flight division when the second round of the league starts on September 18. “We have built a team which is capable of competing against the very best and returning to the topflight league,” Niyibizi told Times Sport. The South Province-based side was relegated from the first division in the 2018/2019 season alongside Kirehe. The league which was halted midway due to a rise in coronavirus cases will now be played in a short period of time where the 20 teams that are grouped into four (4) groups of five (5) teams will play a round robin format with the losers being eliminated.
