The Private Sector federation of Rwanda (PSF) an umbrella body of private businesses is preparing for the nation wide elections in all its organs. The PSF election preparatory meetings started this week and they aim to sensitise the voters on how the elections will be conducted. The objective of the elections is to concretize good governance in the private sector. The elected members will replace the current leadership which came into office three years ago. “It is a three years mandate for every new leadership and this takes place at all levels of leadership such as at the district, province and at national level. This provides leadership that helps business to grow,” said PSF Chief Executive Officer Emmanuel Hategeka Ten years ago when PSF was established under the fusion between the then chamber of commerce and industry and the employer’s organisation, it grouped together 14 associations.
