Experienced Nigerian striker Samson Babua is on his way to Muhazi United, Times Sport can confirm. Babua joined Muhazi United as a free agent after his contract with relegated Sunrise FC expired in June. The veteran attacker, who has spent close to a decade in the Rwandan top tier league, has finalized talks with the Rwamagana-based club. He is set to sign a one-year deal that could keep him at the club until June 2025. Babua won the Rwandan topflight league top scorer gong during the 2019/2020 season after finishing at the top of the charts with 16 goals. He previously played for Kiyovu Sports and had a one-year stint in Angola.
