Editor, I recently went window shopping along our Kigali streets after a long time of being away and was pleasantly surprised at the difference. Not only are there more shops, but they are also so well stocked, I was spoilt for choice. Previously, one would have to struggle to look for an item or two, and even when we got what we were looking for, there was no variety, so we had to pick whatever we got. This situation has however changed; we have a wide variety of household items, clothing items and even restaurants. I feel like the City is now opening up to businesses from the wider East African region, as so many items can also be found in the other East African capitals. As the goods increase, I am sure the prices will continue to reduce, and this makes me even happier. Rwamagana
