Rayon Sports are in talks to sign Congolese forward Junior Kanga Elenga from Vita Club. The Blues are beefing up their forward line and the technical team have identified Elenga as a player who can lead their attack next season. Elenga 24, is expected to sign a two-year contract with the Blues in the coming days as soon as the talks come to fruition. Meanwhile, newly promoted Rwanda Primus National League side Rutsiro FC have signed veteran Congolese midfielder Jeremie Mumbere. The 31-year-old midfield enforcer joined Rutsiro FC on a two-year deal after his contract with relegated Etoile de l'Est came to an end.
