A teacher should be endowed with qualities such as patience, understanding and judgment, thoughtfulness of students, eloquence and effective expression. When a teacher establishes discipline with sincerity, dedication, empathy, compassion and a spirit of correction, his personality becomes even sharper. It is important for teachers to have confidence in themselves and their students, which is why they are confident that their students will learn. Teachers should be confident in their own abilities, they should explain the most complex concepts to their students in such a way that they can easily understand. A deeper understanding of the educational material and access to the subjects facilitates the work of the teachers and they succeed in benefiting the students in an imperceptible way. But the problem is that usually the goal of the students is to pass the exam instead of acquiring knowledge. Teachers need to create an environment where students can easily understand all the concepts that are being taught. It should be an environment in which students are motivated to acquire knowledge and engage in the various tasks assigned to them. Teachers must have the ability to understand the concepts according to the mental level of the students. The most important role in teaching and learning is the interaction between the teacher and the student. It is through dialogue that teachers have the opportunity to learn about students and the classroom. With the help of this, they adopt a teaching method that is best and most effective for the students. Purposeful planning Teacher planning is an effective technique that helps students to be successful. The best teachers have the ability to teach their students through a brainstorming plan. Provide a better experience. The first is the curriculum, which must be completed on time, making it valuable for students success. Teachers must understand the importance of effective planning. As far as students are concerned, they should set their goals from the point of view of curriculum learning and not just to get good marks in exams.
