Wednesday, June 26 Espoir 103-82 Kigali Titans APR 85-76 UGB Star guard Ntore Habimana was at the top of his form as his team high 24 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists helped APR overcome United Generation Basketball (UGB) with a hard-fought 85-76 win on Wednesday night, June 26, to retain the top spot in the ongoing Rwanda Basketball League. The game, held at Lycée de Kigali gymnasium, was played at a fast pace from the very beginning where UGB were looking so close to taking home the win but Mazen Trakh and his side refused to give up. They avoided an upset, but they had to wait until the final quarter to snatch the victory. APR led for the opening quarter 18-14 but UGB bounced back to win the second quarter 19-12 to go into half-time with a 33-30 lead.
