Thousands of residents of Northern Province on Saturday, June 22, gathered at University of Rwanda’s campus in Busogo, Musanze District, during the launch of RPF Inkotanyi presidential campaign. The participants were residents from Musanze, Burera, Gicumbi, Nyabihu, and Rulindo districts. While addressing thousands of residents, RPF Inkotanyi flag-bearer Paul Kagame said “RPF stands for the desire to change the course of our history. That is our politics, that is RPF. It represents all of us here; you, me, and all members. RPF is defined by uniqueness. It is our unique ability to face the challenges caused by our history, and changing our story. But the question is, but by whom or how is it changed? It is changed by each of you. And it changes through our good politics of unity, democracy, and development.”
