Editor, As we continue to celebrate the Women’s Day, I would like to tell fellow Rwandans that our focus should be the rural illiterate women. These women are failing to match other women in urban areas. They still insist on traditional practices and beliefs that have been their undoing for quite long. We shouldn’t however blame them for that is how they were taught, at a tender age. Ours should be to slowly teach and expose them, to what the modern world is doing. In essence, a slow process with patience and care, must characterize whoever takes the course to help them out of the problem. Kimironko
