Editor, Rwanda seems to be committed to making sure that the benefits of ICT permeate from the most illiterate to the most learned. This calls for training in the field, so that no one finds himself or herself out of touch. Look at the electronic identity cards and licenses; they demand some ICT knowledge for sure. Ours is therefore, a situation where one has to adapt or die. So please increase the training to cover the whole country. Kacyiru
