This win brought Rutsiro to 10 points, ending AS Muhanga’s promotion hopes as the two sides are separated six points with one playoff game to play. Musa Gatera’s side still trail Vision FC at the top despite the latter’s 3-2 loss to Intare FC at Shyorongi Stadium on Wednesday.
