Rwanda’s ambassador to Oman with residence in Egypt, Dan Munyuza, on Monday, June 3, presented his letters of credence to the Sultan of Oman, Haitham bin Tariq. Munyuza, a former Inspector General of Police (IGP) at Rwanda National Police (RNP), was named Rwanda’s ambassador to Egypt in August 2023. ALSO READ: Munyuza picked among new envoys as Ngarambe lands new role During his meeting on Monday, he conveyed the greetings of President Paul Kagame to the Sultan of Oman and praised “the excellent diplomatic relations between Rwanda and the Sultanate of Oman,” according to a statement from the Rwandan embassy in Egypt.
