You can play mix and match with different colour belts. Flashy coloured belts are best worn on neutral colour outfits. A black belt always works for most outfits. Belts can be matched up with bags and shoes to create a greater effect and to bring out the art of accessory coordination. Most belts are inexpensive to purchase, and can be worn year-round. Belts go a long way to accentuate a thin waist and to flatter one’s curves. Got an old scarf you don’t use anymore? You can turn it into a belt. Men’s ties can also be improvised to make a belt. This tied on a waist or just at the hips is incredibly gorgeous. This look works well with just about any outfit—you can wear a sash belt with a business suit or jeans.
