Growing from a group of just seven youth members from Evangelical Restoration Church, who came together back in 1994 to more than 70 members today, Rehoboth Ministries, under the direction of Wells of Salvation Church, are celebrating their 25th anniversary this Sunday. The ministry has announced a concert with their fans to celebrate their albums that have been released throughout. “We are going to praise God and it is the time to really appreciate God for all that he has done for us throughout these 25 years. As one of the first choirs in the country, we have a lot of experience and challenges as well,” said Patrick Munini, the Ministry President. As they spring into their anniversary celebrations, Rehoboth Ministries will be holding a thanksgiving Mass as well as a concert on December 22, at Evangelical Restoration church, Kimisagara, from 2 pm. The concert will also feature a number of guest performers like Prosper Nkomezi, Bosco Nshuti, Alarm Ministries and Gisubizo Ministries. The Ministry will also play selections from their most recent studio projects. The concert shall be graced by Pastor Aaron Ruhimbya, The Restoration Church Overseer. Rehoboth has been impacting audiences for more than two decades, and shows no signs of slowing down, inspired, by their tireless fan base. From its beginning, Rehoboth is known to have worked with Ibuka in commemoration events from 1995 to 2005. It is also known as the mother of other Rwandan gospel ministries like Alarm, Gisubizo and True Promises Ministries.
