Rwanda Basketball Federation, Ferwaba, has announced select squads for the 2019 BK All-Star Game with Aristide Mugabe and Guibert Nijimbere captaining the teams. Mugabe, 31, has inspired Patriots to two back-to-back league titles while Nijimbere – who feature for IPRC-Kigali – is widely regarded as the most talented player in local basketball.
