Should they fail to beat Marines, AS Kigali will be just one game off their longest winless start to a league campaign of 6 matches, which they recorded last season under Djuma Masudi. Nshimiyimana admits that, “We have not had the best start, but we are working hard together to find a way out. The Marines game should mark a fresh start for us.” On the other hand, Marines are also optimistic to bounce back after losing 2-1 to APR on Tuesday. The army side have collected 7 points from their first four games. “Our target is to battle for all the points, and we are ready,” said Rwasamanzi, Marines head coach. Police go top In the meantime, Police FC have stormed the table summit with 11 points after edging newcomers Heroes 2-1 on Friday. However, a win for Rayon Sports when they take on Sunrise on Saturday will see them climbing up the ladder to the top with 13 points.
