Senator Rwigamba Balinda did right to warn students against divisionism
Dear editor, I was happy with Senator Rwigamba Balinda warning to first year students joining Liberty University of Kigali (ULK). We should not allow our so-called intellectuals to breed seeds of discord in our younger generations.
