FDLR rebels should not fear to face Gacaca courts
Editor, Captured former FDLR Spokesman Lt. Col. Michel Habimana, and his colleagues should not fear facing the Gacaca courts. Crimes against humanity always haunt those on the run and one day they will have to face justice.
