Editor,Foreign AID is not always bad. It is only bad when a country over depends on it or its terms are harsh or when it is badly used. So categories of foreign aid must be put into consideration, before we wholesomely castigate aids. There is no doubt that this is what the government is doing and not what speculators would want people to believe. We need constructive foreign aid- the one that serves our interest most, and not the one that serves exclusively the interests of donors. Huye
