Kagame receives Sierra Leonean president

President Kagame yesterday held talks with his Sierra Leonean counterpart Julius Maada Bio, who was on a three-day official visit to Rwanda. The two countries signed three cooperation agreements, namely; a general cooperation agreement, a memorandum of understanding on political consultations, and an agreement on exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and official passports. This followed a bilateral air service agreement signed between the sides last year.
