President Paul Kagame on Saturday, May 11, arrived in Dakar, Senegal, where he was received by host President Bassirou Diomaye Faye and several cabinet members. This is President Kagame's first visit to Senegal since President Faye was elected as the country's leader. Faye, 44, a senior official in the Pastef party won the elections in March.
