Damien Murwanashyaka has been appointed as the chief executive officer of UDL, a leading real estate development company renowned for innovative projects such as vision city, The New Times has learnt. Murwanashyaka succeeds Alice Ntamitondero, who has led the company for the past five years. Before joining UDL, Murwanashyaka held high ranking positions at a number of organisations. These include; chief quantity surveyor at Real Contractors Ltd and projects manager at ROKO Construction Ltd. Damien Murwanashyaka most recently held the positions of Account Manager at Cimerwa PPC, Projects Manager at GASABO 3D DESIGN LTD, and Contracts Manager at Century Engineering Contractors, where he displayed his strong managerial ability and strategic leadership in high-value projects.
