Editor, Now that Rwanda is part of the East African Community (EAC), it is up to every Rwandan to ensure that the integration process is made easier and faster. I believe that we can do a lot better in as far as assisting one another to understand the commonest languages (English and Swahili) that are used in the region. In this regard therefore, I would like to request major stakeholders to look for competent teachers of these languages so that they can help many of us to learn and understand these languages.
