Nyanza DPC recalled amid reports linking him to Genocide crimes
Rwanda National Police (RNP) has recalled Nyanza District Police Commander (DPC) Eugene Musonera amidst emerging reports linking him to crimes during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
