Editor, It would take ages for many nations to realise that bilateral efforts can solve what may actually seem a big problem. I write to commend the good work that Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have managed to achieve as a result of combining efforts against the Ex-Far/ Interahamwe rebels. It is in fact no surprise that different countries including our neighbour Uganda, have commended this effort. Good work Umoja Wetu! Kibuye
