Consider automatic car drivers too

Editor, It does not help much for one to go through a tiresome process of learning how to drive a manual car simply because they want to acquire a driving license and yet in actual sense, they believe that they will never buy one. In this regard therefore, I would like to suggest to the traffic Police Chief Robert Niyonshuti, that a driving test for those interested in automatic cars be considered as well. Personally I have driven on European roads with my automatic cars for over seven years now. Recently however, I decided to return and settle home (Rwanda) permanently, but acquiring a permit has become a dream that has failed to become a reality. As I struggle to balance the clutch, accelerator and brakes, it has come to my notice that the whole process is time wasting. Let us move at the pace the World is developing. Already many prefer to drive automatic cars so it is best we stick to mastering the traffic rules, signs and then we can get tested. At least let it be so, for those of us who already posses automatic cars. Kigali
