ICTR sets Karera judgment for today
The Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) will today deliver its judgment on the appeal lodged by Francois Karera, a former Kigali rural governor.Karera, 70, challenged his life imprisonment sentence given by a Trial Chamber in 2007.
