Editor, I would like to extend this piece of comment to the Management of MTN Rwanda through you. I happen to have the 0835 line which l am required to service every month with a Frw2, 500 airtime of which I have failed to know its stand, because with other telecom companies, an extra charge comes with benefits. Secondly, this week, I bought my air time from one of the shops here in Kigali which I was to use on my Ugandan line but bad enough it couldn’t be loaded. I tried it on my 0835 line only to be told it was a used voucher. Calling customer service, I was informed that the same air time had been used by a 0840 number. Can MTN management explain such scenarios? Concerned client
