Bugesera FC put up a superb performance on Friday afternoon as they defeated APR FC by two goals to one in Nyamata. The game started on a fair note but it was the visitors who took the lead in the 26th minute as Innocent Nshuti blasted a shot which tore the net for the opener. Bugesera got their act together and came into the game strongly with Ghanaian midfielder Vincent Adams proving to be a tough customer for the APR FC defenders. Adams pulled even for his side on the stroke of half time with a sublime effort which sent the home fans into frenzy mood in the rain. After recess, Nigerian import Chukuma Odili began tormenting the APR defenders and they could not stop him as he run a one man show on the wings. Farooq Ruhinda netted what proved to be the winner in the 48th minute after he made the most of a miscommunication in the APR defence. Bugesera FC now have six points from four games.
