Dear Editor,The New York Times reported last Saturday, January 24, 2009, that the Rwanda forces in the Bunagana, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), arrested General Laurent Nkunda— a rebel leader DRC. I think it is for the good and will help stabilise the area. Oakland, CA USA
