The International Youth Rugby Tournament, for both the boys and girls, is set to kick off at the Red Cross Field in Kigali Saturday. The third annual youth tournament is designed to foster international competitions, and is organised by Connect to Africa in partnership with Rwandan Rugby Federation (RRF). It is expected that both the 15 years old and 18 years old age groups from five countries namely: Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi and Kenya and host Rwanda will participate in the two-day competitions. RRF Secretary General Tharcisse Kamanda said, “This is a very exciting time for Rwandan rugby.
