Dear Editor,Recently, Rwandans living in the Diaspora came home and staged a perfect show. We all know that events of our country’s history forced thousands to flee and start new lives else where. I was however very impressed that despite leaving in different countries and integrating with all sorts of cultures, our Rwandans showed that they still promote the core values of our unique culture. It was evident that a big percentage of those that performed the Kinya-rwanda show and dances were half castes. Such are a product of the intermarriages that happened in whichever country that our people settled. As we all witnessed, they danced perfectly. This is very good. We should endeavour to keep the fire of our cultural values burning, for we are proud of what we are. GACULIRO
