Anda Arts Festival Anda Arts Festival is an artistic arena created for the youth to use art to express opinions, and advocate and create awareness of issues in our communities. Under the slogan “Learn, Tell, Discover” the festival provides a platform to its audience to learn new things, tell their stories and discover more. It also gives the opportunity to learn about the culture of the country and it creates room to discover other cultures. The second edition will take place this Saturday, August 11, at Kigali Youth Convention Hub from 5pm to 8pm. Rwanda Summer Carnival Rwanda Summer Carnival is back with a variety of summer activities; swim race, swimsuit competition, mini football match, sack race, egg balancing, play station, darts, live tattoos, makeup and so much more. There will also be music performances, comedy and dance crews to entertain guests. It’s all happening on August 11 at Beirut Kibagabaga from 2pm to 6pm. Movies Have fun with family and friends as you watch the latest movies, Hotel Transylvania 3, Dhadak, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Ocean’s 8, Incredibles 2, all showing this weekend at Century Cinema located at Kigali City Tower. Showtime is 4pm to 9:30pm. Night Clubs If you are looking for places to hang out this weekend, we have some ideas. Kigali has a number of night spots and they include The Junction, Chillax Lounge, K-Club, Envy Club, and People’s Club.
