Rwandan striker Dany Usengimana has signed for Canadian semi-pro league side Alliance Soccer Laval as a free agent for an undisclosed deal. Usengimana, 27, has been without a club since July 1, 2023, and he has been offered a chance to resurrect his career by the Canadian lower tier club. Usengimana has previously played for Isonga, APR FC, AS Kigali and Police FC in Rwanda. The Canada-based forward also had stints with Singida in Tanzania as well as Tersana FC in Egypt. AS Laval finished ninth in the 2023 Quebec Ligue 1 season.
