Dear Editor, In a special way, I would like to thank the Chinese for contributing towards the construction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation headquarters in Kimuhura. The building next to Rwanda Revenue Authority headquarters is so nice and has added beauty to Kigali City. I have closely noticed the contribution of different development partners towards the development of the Rwandan economy. The Rwandan community is very grateful. China is surely one of our close partners as we struggle to rebuild our beautiful country. Nyamata
