Dear Editor, Leaders accused of embezzling money meant for the genocide survivors should resign to pave the way for the investigation team to carryout a thorough audit. I fear if the officers are allowed to continuing serving in the same offices they may influence the final report. Remember they are partly implicated in creating ghost beneficiaries, so they are capable of using government resources to corrupt the probe team. Rwamagana
