HIKING SCHOOL FEES: FRAUDULENT

It’s great to learn the Ministry of Education has issued a stern warning to school heads who hike school fees without going through the necessary procedures. Rwanda’s dream is to have all her children attaining a proper and affordable education. This is because there are so many benefits to be attained from education. Look at all the developed nations; they are up there because they embraced education as a tool for development. We should also try as much as possible to remove all obstacles in the path of education. Rwanda has a zero tolerance policy for corruption and fraud. It’s for this reason that those who try to take advantage of unsuspecting and education hungry Rwandans should be reprimanded
