Pablo Nduwimana has become the 6th coach to be sacked this season by an Azam Rwanda Premier league side. The 35-year-old former Burundi international was shown the exit door yesterday after a string of poor results. Nduwimana was appointed in 2016 to replace Abdu ‘Beken’ Bizimana. Balthazar Baziruwiha, the club secretary-general, told Times Sport yesterday Nduwimana was sacked with his two assistants, Jean Baptiste Hakizimana and Théogène Ndaruhutse. “The reason for sacking them is because the team has been underperforming which has left us in the relegation zone,” Baziruwiha said adding that the committee will meet this week to appoint new coaches. editorial@newtimes.co.rw
