Kigali City is rapidly stretching to more hills that were initially not part of the city and accessibility should cope with the new trend; therefore, taxis should reach all these places. It’s something that Atraco and all the other stake holders in the transport sector should consider during their plans to have Kigali residents reach their destinations. At least the few taxis in Kigali should be utilized well on routes to and fro the city centre and save us from risks of using bicycles and motors cycles. This shall minimize the transport costs that at one point limit the fast movement of goods and services which will also ensure their safety in our beloved city.
