Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) and Rwanda National Police (RNP) will launch the Defence and Security Citizen Outreach Programme 2024 (CORwanda24) activities in partnership with the local government on Friday, March 1. It will be held under the theme: “30 Years of Liberation: Defence & Security Organs with the Community partnering for Rwanda’s Development”. The countrywide three-month community development activities will address human security issues in different sectors, namely; health, environment, public infrastructure, utilities and construction of houses for the disadvantaged families.
